‘Total fear:’ Local families describe struggle to find needed medications as shortages hit peak
The number of drugs in a shortage reached a record high this year, a national analysis says, which has pushed some local families to spend hours calling multiple pharmacies to try to find the medication, or even ration or go without the medication.
