Distributor behind state liquor shortage could face over $26k in fines   Following a recent liquor shortage in Michigan, Republic National Distributing Company is facing accusations of delaying deliveries, failing to maintain a proper facility and failing to provide records requested by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission.
