November 19, 2020 Three weeks. That's how long the newest state order outlining COVID-19-related restrictions is set to last. But some are worried the order, which limits a number of activities and business operations in the state, will go beyond its current end date of Dec. 8. The 6-5 Hayes, 19, played for Ratiopharm Ulm of the German league last season, averaging 12.8 points and 6.2 assists while shooting 39 percent from 3-point range in 10 games.
