House GOP leader predicts Warren vs. Trump in 2020 hat  Michigan Republicans converged on Mackinac Island over the weekend, hearing speeches from a handful of state and national leaders. Among the highlights, Vice President Mike Pence touted President Donald Trump. Betsy DeVos said the country is close to "making education great again." Somehow, some way, unbeaten Lions hang on   What a crazy week of football. The Detroit Lions are undefeated. And we are three weeks in to the season. Amazing. In the college ranks, Michigan looks like a pretender (again) and Michigan State is back on track behind its dominating defense (again). Vaping pervasive among Michigan high schoolers hat  A 2017-18 survey of nearly 130,000 Michigan teenagers provided some disturbing results regarding vaping. Among them was this: Nearly a third of Michigan 11th graders have used e-cigarettes in the past month. 25 creative signs from the Global Climate Strike   Ann Arbor joined communities from around the globe Friday and participated in the Global Climate Strike. It was perhaps the largest climate rally ever. Students were encouraged to lead the way, and Ann Arbor schools allowed excused absences with parental permission.
