The Michigan Marijuana Regulatory Agency on Tuesday ushered in a new normal for the state. It issued Michigan's first recreational marijuana business license. The license was presented during a ceremony in Ann Arbor that, oddly enough, featured flying pigs. Pigs or no pigs, the commercial sale of marijuana begins Dec. 1 across the state. MORE
