Skeletal remains found could be those of Revolutionary War vet
 
Human bones unearthed Tuesday could be of the original settlers of a southern Michigan town. How crazy is that? A private contractor was digging a retention pond when skeletal remains were found six feet below the surface. Initial speculation is they are the remains of a Revolutionary War veteran who settled in Sturgis with his children after the war. MORE
