167 nominations for Michigan's Best Burger in one day
 
This week, we announced that our Michigan's Best team is on the hunt for the best burger in the state. Within just the first day of the nomination process, we received 167 names of Michigan restaurants serving up beloved burgers. Keep the nominations coming! Especially make sure to send us a note if your favorite isn't on this list yet. We are taking nominations through noon on Saturday. In the coming weeks, we'll open up voting and then we'll send Gonzo and Amy on the road to try the burgers you choose. MORE

New marijuana labels will advise against use while pregnant

This week, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed into law new safety requirements for marijuana sales. The requirements include new labels warning buyers of risks of using while pregnant and when breastfeeding children. The new law also requires shops to provide pamphlets outlining the risks of underage marijuana use. MORE
