Good morning

Autumn has nearly swooped in, and you can almost smell the scent of pumpkin spice in the air.

While the hot weather may soon be leaving, that doesn’t mean all the fun outdoor activities will go with it. In today’s Morning Briefing, we guide you through the variety of fall events in and around the region.

If you have thoughts or feedback on this newsletter or other news tips, please let me know at Greg.Lynch@coxinc.com.

• Hidden Valley Orchards: Apple cider is the “backbone” of their fall season. The orchard sources its cider from Wesler Orchards in New Paris.

• Fall colors: The color-changing process takes weeks to complete, but here is when it will be at its best.

• Sunflower field: The Yellow Springs sunflower field will be open to the public on select days through Sunday, Oct. 6.
