Biden’s stutter has often been a point of criticism by political opponents who equate his disability with cognitive decline or dementia. “It equates disability with being less than, and that a person with a disability can’t or shouldn’t be president or hold any position or job. I have limited brain capacity? I like (that people think) that. I’m good with that, you know what I mean? I have zero problem with it.” MORE Michigan taxpayers reported an average adjusted gross income of $66,504 on 2018 federal individual tax returns filed in 2019, according to recently released data from the Internal Revenue Service. That’s up 5.7% from the $62,917 average for 2017 returns.
