Following Monday’s drop the market has consistently traded to higher highs. From Monday’s high at 6062.00 the market moved up to 6069.00, 6092.00, and 6108.50. Already in overnight trading Friday’s high is higher than 6108.50. On the low end after the 5935.50 low on Monday, the daily lows have also progressed higher. We moved from 5987.00 to 6020.25, and then Thursday’s low was 6070.00. If the bulls can keep Friday’s low above 6070.00 it becomes something of a win. However, if the bears push the ES futures below 6070.00 then negave sentiment could be powerful heading into next week.
