As rewarding as motherhood is, it can be the most difficult job of all. That’s why I love to go all-out for Mother’s Day. This year, I’m cooking up a brunch featuring our Chilaquiles Breakfast Strata, Green Mango Salad, and our best-ever banana bread. I’m also stocking up on fizzy Italian Prosecco, which, in my opinion, pairs well with every breakfast food.
