Good morning! Mostly cloudy east but sunny west. Highs in the mid-20s north to the lower 40s south. The warm weather has caused a bit of controversy for the annual eelpout festival up north. The sheriff isn't going to let vehicles onto Leech Lake this year -- he says the ice is too thin to sustain the traffic, the Star Tribune reports. Organizers are none too happy.
