Troubled Waters: Trump budget casts Great Lakes cleanup into doubt

The restoration of the St. Louis River that flows past Duluth into Lake Superior is nearly complete, but money for the project -- and dozens of other cleanup efforts across the Great Lakes -- has been zeroed out in the president's budget plan.

Public tours back on, despite uncertain future for St. Anthony Falls lock and dam
