Today is Give to the Max Day, an online fundraising event for Minnesota nonprofits and schools. This year, the day comes with two major changes: The fees for each donation have increased from 4.9 percent to 6.9 percent. But donors have the option of covering the fee themselves, so that the nonprofit or school they're giving to doesn't have to. | Forecast
