Trump administration hires official whom 5 students accused of sexual assault

Steven Munoz, a political appointee hired by the Trump administration for a significant State Department role, was accused of multiple sexual assaults as a student several years ago at The Citadel military college.

School bus crash in Bemidji sends children to hospital

Officials say 30 children went to the hospital. Most had minor bruises and cuts. Five with more serious injuries were taken by ambulance and one was air lifted. None of the injuries appear to be critical.

Gay couple's lawsuit against Kentucky clerk Kim Davis is back on after court ruling

The lawsuit had been dismissed last August because of a change in state law. But an appeals court says the couple can still seek damages from the Kentucky clerk who denied them a marriage license.
