Jury selection started Tuesday in the trial of St. Anthony officer Jeronimo Yanez. Fifty possible jurors were given a questionnaire to fill out asking 60 questions ranging from basic demographics to the potential juror's experience with law enforcement, crime or any of the main parties involved in the case. Appeals court: Counties don't have to hire Otto's office for MN audits

The decision turns back a challenge by State Auditor Rebecca Otto to a 2015 law giving counties more power to use private firms for financial reviews. Otto said she'll appeal to the Minnesota Supreme Court.
