Happy Philly Tech Week! At Technical.ly, most of our team is either getting ready for or already attending #PTW23 events in Philadelphia. As I write this, I'm sitting in an airport in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but I'll share more about why I'm here later this week.

Preparing for success involves many smaller parts, and as we journey toward our destination — whether it's cold or warm, near or far — it's essential to have everything we need. This is true not only for startups but also for our respective roles within organizations.
