Alzheimer’s disease (AD) affects millions worldwide and is becoming more prevalent as our population ages. A new unique multiplex assay panel has been developed to quantitate simultaneously levels of Aβ1-40, Aβ1-42, total Tau, and phosphorylated Tau (Thr181). This white paper shows the utility of this panel when measuring critical neurodegenerative disease biomarkers in human CSF.
