Regional Roundup
Question of the Week
Tuesday we asked: Massachusetts farmers are reporting a much larger fruit crop this summer as last year's drought has finally ended. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the state will produce an estimated 46 million pounds of apples this year compared to just 29 million last year.
Now that pick-your-own farms are expected to have more apples this fall, what's your favorite kind of apple?
  • Macoun!
  • My favorite apple is the HoneyCrisp. And the best orchard/vegetable stand is Ferjulian's in Hudson, Mass. Fantastic!
  • Honey Crisp
