“If you had just one piece of advice for someone who’s doing ok in their business, but wants to get to the next level this year, what would it be?”
Great question…
And I have a simple answer.
I recommend getting “outside eyes” on your business, from someone who knows what to look for and has already done what you want to achieve.
I know that’s not “sexy”. Maybe even kind of boring...
But it works (and results are what’s really sexy, IMO).
For example…
Take my client Eric Bach, a realtor and new father who started working with me early last year…
As soon as Eric got “outside eyes” on his business with my coaching, we fixed his schedule and focus for an immediate boost in sales.
As a result Eric had a record year in 2020 and increased his income more than $127,000 over 2019.
Same with my client in France, Boris Enzel — who came to me last October during a 2 month slump in his business…
With my “outside eyes” we instantly upgraded his leadership and team, armed him with winning negotiation strategies, and fixed his mornings so he finishes work earlier.
The result?
By December his supplement company had it’s most profitable launch ever (plus he’s had more time for vacations with his family).
And it was the same thing for my other client Adam Pearson...
The moment Adam got my “outside eyes” on his accounting firm…
...we cleared his plate by delegating busywork, installed effective team meetings, and created more time for him to focus on his zone of genius — sales.
