I’m 62 years old!! When did that happen?

I’ve been around the block a few times, with scars to show for it — which means I’ve also learned, firsthand, a lot about health and healing from a metaphysical perspective and our body’s miraculous ability to rebound and soar, at any age, from any affliction. 

In this video, I share a story about how I healed myself from severe pain in an unlikely way (something we're all capable of doing, all the time).
