Dear John,
I’m so excited to have teamed up with my good friend and master kettlebell trainer Marcus Martinez andOxygen magazine to bring you our unique Kettlebell & Flow online course. Sign up now and save 30% with code FLOW30!
Lifting weights and doing high-intensity interval training workouts was my default setting at the gym for years. I was used to lifting heavy and pushing hard, but I knew something was missing from my training regimen. A friend introduced me to bodyweight flow, then I learned how to mix it with other modalities and, well, the rest is history. My “aha moment” was realizing the intense mind-body connection that flowing demands.
Check out these tips on what to expect with your first kettlebell workout.
Bodyweight flow with kettlebells builds strength and flexibility in positions you don’t typically use. Compound lifts only hit certain movement patterns, but flow hits every angle in between. It combines strength, mobility, core dynamics, cardio, breath, balance, coordination, brain stimulation and self-expression.
In this course, we’ll show you step by step how to do each movement and how to integrate your breath with the flow for maximum effect. You’ll challenge your body from every angle as you burn fat and build strength and body awareness. It certainly helped me get into the best shape of my life, and I’m happy to be able to share this amazing program with you.
We hope you’ll join us for Kettlebell & Flow — launching June 24, 2019. Don't forget to use code FLOW30 for 30% off!
