With all of the craziness going on this year... 

I've been experimenting with new morning routines to keep my anxiety at bay and make more progress toward my big goals. 

Along the way, I discovered a "secret" routine unlike anything I've ever tried before. 

And it works like magic... 

Here's how it goes: 

First... I wake up at 4 a.m. like Jocko… and sometimes 3:45am like Mark Wahlberg... 

Then, I down 32 oz of mineral water collected from a nearby spring and infused with fresh mint, lime, and a pinch of sea salt from the foundations of an ancient Himalyan temple. 

Once I'm hydrated and ready to go, I spend about 30-minutes in a deep trance state meditating on my goals and wiping the crust off my "third eye" .

Next, it's off to the gym where I spend about 2 hours grunting, clapping, and yelling "No pain no gain" while deadlifting and squatting. 

Once I've got a good pump going, I slip off to a hidden mountain spring for a quick bath while I look at my reflection in the water and chant "I love myself I love myself" over and over. 

Finally, I spend another 90-minutes reading old texts on philosophy and religion... while standing on a balance board... eating chia pudding I grew in my own backyard... and listening to Tibetan singing bowls. 

By the time 2pm rolls around, I'm finally awake and ready to actually start my day! 

Ok...

So I don't actually do ANY of those things. 

(And I hope my sarcasm was obvious). 

In fact...

My 15-minute morning routine hasn't changed much for the past 10 years as I’ve grown my wealth exponentially.

And even with how crazy the world seems right now, my anxiety and stress levels are lower than ever... and my focus, motivation, and productivity are at an all time high. 

The real "secret" to my successful morning routine is simple... 

... I created a routine that works for ME and is completely personalized to my specific goals and the processes driving them. 

And I challenge you to do the same.
