The most senior Black exec at a global ad tech firm is exhausted. In the weeks since George Floyd’s killing triggered a reassessment of the ways in which racism is engrained in society, he's been inundated with requests from white colleagues for advice. While the ad tech has taken strides toward being more inclusive, it has also suffered setbacks, said the exec.
