Indy 500: A Milk Celebration
 
Each Memorial Day weekend, a tradition unfolds at the Indianapolis 500. At the end of the biggest motorsports event in the world, all eyes are on the winner's circle — and the driver’s victory celebration with an ice-cold bottle of milk. The rich tradition began in 1936, which includes the winning driver taking a sip or two of milk before pouring the entire bottle on themself.

Fertilizer prices fell yesterday, with nitrogen prices dropping 30%, partly due to demand destruction. The decrease is welcome after a recent report by the Agricultural and Food Policy Center at Texas A&M University shows higher input prices are having a larger impact on farmers than originally thought.
