Nashville hot chicken in Lafayette

Welcome to another edition of the Acadiana Business Newsletter. On to today's headlines....

Blazin’ Hot Chicken, which has two locations inside gas stations in the Lake Charles area, will open a Lafayette location close to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus, the restaurant announced.

It will open inside the Chevron station at 1011 E. University Ave. in the former Brown Skillet location possibly by the end of next month.
