Rather than bill you up to $0.75 for each holiday bonus edition, you agree that the length of your subscription will be shortened in proportion to the value of the number of holiday bonus editions published and delivered to you during your subscription period, unless you elect to be billed separately for holiday bonus editions by contacting Customer Service at 309-686-3161. Subscribers may suspend print delivery during vacation periods. For vacation periods less than 14 days, billing continues and subscriber maintains access to the digital portion of subscription. Subscribers also have option to have print copies held as Vacation Pack or may donate the newspaper value to our Newspaper in Education (NIE) program. When a subscription is cancelled, billing will continue through end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued. Subscribers will continue to have the same access and benefits of the newspaper for the remainder of the current billing period. Due to extra packaging and handling, up to a Thanksgiving $5.00 surcharge applies to all subscribers
