National Weather Service: Winter storm watch in effect; 3-5 inches of snow in fore cast

According to National Weather Service Wakefield, a winter storm watch is now in effect for parts of eastern Virginia, including the Peninsula. The snowfall is predicted to accumulate around 3 to 5 inches beginning Wednesday.
