Mervin Daugherty, who currently serves as superintendent of Red Clay CSD in Wilmington, has been named by Chesterfield County Public Schools as its new superintendent. Daugherty replaces James Lane, who announced in May that he was leaving the Virginia district to accept a position in Gov. Ralph Northam's office. Read more>>
