    NIH seeks information regarding the NIH Public Access Plan from all interested individuals and communities, including authors, investigators, research institutions, and other stakeholders. While comments are welcome on all elements of the NIH Public Access Plan, input would be most welcome on Section III related to scholarly publications and on: (1)How to best ensure equity in publication opportunities for NIH-supported investigators. (2)Steps for improving equity in access and accessibility of publications. (3)Methods for monitoring evolving costs and impactsonaffected communities. The Consortium of Emotional Well Being Networks will hold its 2nd Annual Investigator Meeting on March 27. The keynote address, Flourishing and Emotional Well-Being by Dr. Tyler VanderWeele,director, Human Flourishing Program, Harvard University, will consider concepts, definitions, and measures of both flourishing and emotional well-being and present empirical evidence showing that emotional well-being is an important determinant of other aspects of flourishing.

The keynote of the meeting willbe available for viewing to the public and can be accessed throughNIH VideoCast. The talk will be followed by a Q&A.
