Almost two-fifths of British and European skilled aviation workers reported moving out of the industry, according to a newly launched industry survey from aviation talent recruitment specialists JMC Recruitment Solutions.

Refueling an aircraft in flight is a practice with a history almost as long as that of powered flight itself. Although today the technology and the operational processes are the exclusive preserve of military aviation, the first practical uses for midair refueling were in commercial and cargo roles. And many of the milestones achieved of refueling history were chalked up during attempts to set airborne endurance records.
 
The easing of international travel restrictions helped to drive Europe's capacity recovery in early summer 2021. Weekly seat capacity improved from 26% of 2019 levels in late Apr-2021 to 66% in early Aug-2021. However, the recovery has lost momentum over the past two months.
