Now that they’re spending more time at their Hancock Park and Montecito mansions, Ted Sarandos and his wife Nicole Avant have listed the last of their Malibu properties for $14.9 million. Built in 1996 and renovated since, the contemporary Mediterranean-style home has nearly 3,800 square feet of living space under roof. Meanwhile, over in Telluride, Jerry Seinfeld has put his sprawling ski retreat back on the market for a little under $15 million. The ranch spans 27 acres of land and even comes with its own hiking trails.
