Good afternoon,

Every Tuesday lunchtime we’re going to bring you the latest planning and property news from in and around Preston.

It’s been a big week for supermarkets in the city. A sixth Aldi was given the go-ahead, this one in the city’s docklands, while Morrison’s could soon be offering an MOT with your weekly shop.

Elsewhere, plans for a new golf course have been scrapped with a quarry set to continue on the site.

We’ve also rounded up the latest planning applications to be approved in South Ribble and taken a look inside some luxury properties currently on the market.

Thanks for reading,

Adam
