Can I view my twins live readings
at the same time? |

| Yes! Click the home tab to view your twins’ profiles and see their live heart rate and oxygen levels at the same time. |

| How many child profiles can I have in the app? |
| |
| You can add as many child profiles as you’d like! Simply click the Account tab and then +Add child to create another profile. |

| Can I use one Smart Sock baby monitor with my twins? |
| |
| Unfortunately no—you’ll need two separate Smart Sock baby monitors, one for each baby. This update now lets you view your babies in the same app! |

Do I need to create a separate
account for my partner, babysitter or grandparent to view? |

| No you don’t! Just have them login using your same credentials. You can have up to five devices live streaming at once. |
