New Beer Releases (descriptions below):

Today 12/21 - Spring 2018 Bourbon Barrel-Aged Vendel Imperial Stout. Availability: on-site draft only in 4oz and 10oz pours.

Wednesday 12/22 - The Cryptic Project PATIENCE - ruby colored mixed culture sour ale aged in Cabernet barrels. Availability: Draft on-site, 16.9oz bottles to go, no growlers.

Thursday 12/23 - Chernabog Czech Dark Lager. Availability: Draft on-site, 16oz cans to go, growlers to go.

Friday 12/24 - Blood Orange Battle Axe IPA. Yeah, you read that right. Availability: Draft on site, growlers to go.

PATIENCE: 4.2% ruby colored American Wild Ale aged for two years in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. A mild funk and aromas of grape must jump out of the glass. Notes of oak, red grapes, vanilla, and hints of caramel are balanced by a bright acidity. This one is pleasantly tart without being overwhelming and has a soft, fluffy mouthfeel. The finish is slightly tannic with notes of toasted almonds. We are ecstatic to release this beer alongside our new gold-rimmed barrel logo glassware. Draft pours will be available on site. No growlers. $10 per 16.9oz bottle. The stemmed 18.25oz balloon glasses are $12 per glass.

CHERNABOG: The God of Darkness returns. Our 6% ABV collaboration Czech Dark Lager with 7th Settlement Brewery is brewed with Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner, Bohemian Dark Malt, Vienna Malt, and Saaz hops. Chernabog has a creamy mouthfeel and tasting notes of chocolate, toasted bread, caramel, toffee, and dates. Dark as the night with a crisp, clean finish, and restrained bitterness.
