Labor and the Coalition have unveiled duelling election promises for small businesses and their employees, Connor Pearce reports. The Coalition is proposing a tax cut for new businesses for their first three years, which could cut tens of thousands off a start-up's tax bill, while Labor says it will legislate to prevent the penalty rates of 3 million workers from being reduced.
