Aromas and flavors of peach cobbler, raspberry pie, and red wine grapes lead into a dry finish. A gorgeous, ruby red color and light tartness make this the ultimate summer crusher.


We switched up our process a bit for this one. This beer was corked, caged, and bottle conditioned over several weeks to allow for a longer shelf life and more complexities to develop in the bottle.
