New Developments for Homeowners with Negative Equity

Text only:

Hi John!
Beginning December 1, 2011, mortgage lenders are accepting
loan applications for HARP II.
Did you know that in October and November, Making Home
Affordable (the official program of the Treasury
Department and HUD) announced sweeping changes to their
Home Affordable Refinance Program, HARP.
It is estimated that the new guidelines of HARP II will
help millions of homeowners save thousands of dollars, in
spite of negative equity in their homes.
Please spread the word to your friends, co-workers, and
relatives owing more on mortgages than their homes are
worth that lenders have begun accepting refinance
applications for the newly improved HARP II.
The benefits to HARP II are reviewed at my mortgage
website. You can see my latest announcement here -->
November 15, 2011 HARP II Eligibility Updates
Hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful.
All the best,
