When JDRF Your Way originally built their do-it-yourself site in 2010, it continually fell short of expectations. Rather than scrapping the program, the organization took a step back and invested in rebuilding it.

“By improving the user experience, we've made it much easier to navigate,” says Christy Haught, JDRF's national manager. "And that has already made a huge difference."

Peer to Peer

JDRF's redesigned home page puts the emphasis on the supporter, rather than on the organization.

“We haven't yet launched any marketing to promote the new site and we're already seeing great results,” says Haught.
