When printing from some apps it can appear that there is no way to scale the content of a document while printing. But different apps put scaling options in different places. Even when there are no scaling options, you can use other tricks to print at different sizes.

Instead of using iMovie travel maps, you can create an animated travel map using any background map you have and trace a detailed route onto it. The video will show the route being drawn onto the map. You can even add a graphic or icon to follow the path.

A new Mac feature coming to Sonoma later this year could make typing a lot easier for some of us.
While it is easy to access recent files in the Finder, it is less convenient to look at your recent folders. But by adding a Smart Folder to the left sidebar you can easily get there.

The Preview app doesn't really have layers like other image editing apps. But you can kinda simulate them with some creative use of copy and paste.
You can decide which folder you start in when you create a new Finder window or add a new Finder tab. Some locations are mode useful than others. Picking the right location for you can improve your productivity.
