March 30, 2016

Greetings, Gumshoe readers!
Please click here for today's new article.

I was all ready to give you an update on Dr. Kent Moors and his big pitch for "sand power", because I've seen that ad popping up in my inbox a lot again lately... but then I realized, on closer look, that he's actually teasing a different company now as his "one solar company for the next ten years" ... so who is it?  Click here for the details in today's new article.

Or if that doesn't melt your ingots, just read on...

The Motley Fool back in 2012 sent around an ad for Stock Advisor about the "war for your living room" and the winning "Television 2.0" stocks you should buy -- that ad got a lot of play, but faded away. Then I got a new "special report" last week that looked very similar, so we dug in to see if they're still pitching the same stocks... and, incidentally, see how those stocks did over the ensuing years. That story is here.
