"The most rewarding thing is hearing people say that my videos make them feel like we're having a conversation and that they feel like they're wanted in this space," Visionary Voices honoree Jordan Howlett said at TikTok's Black Hollywood Brunch. TikTok gave Visionary Voices awards, which the platform created in 2023, to 15 Black creators, industry disruptors and small businesses.
