The Prime Minister is said to have called devolution a 'disaster north of the border' in a video call to his MPs. He's also reported to have called it former Prime Minister Tony Blair's 'biggest mistake', in remarks Downing Street has not denied. First Minister Nicola Sturgeon was quick to respond - saying Mr Johnson's comments were 'worth bookmarking' and writing on Twitter: "The only way to protect and strengthen [Scottish Parliament] is with independence."
