USACC is pleased to announce that the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBIA) has joined the USACC’s membership.

Established in 2017, KOBIA supports small and medium-sized businesses in Azerbaijan, providing them with the necessary business tools and resources. Strategically, KOBIA aims to increase SMEs’ role in the national economy through achieving sustainability and competitiveness in the SME ecosystem. KOBIA renders its services through its headquarters in Baku and a network of SME development centers in the regions of Azerbaijan.
