Milliken & Co. closes deal on Borchers

Milliken & Co., a global diversified manufacturer based in Spartanburg, has formally acquired Borchers Group Limited, a global specialty chemicals company that makes high-performance coating additives and specialty catalyst solutions.

Earth Fare to close all stores, including 6 in S.C.

Citing challenges in the retail industry, natural and organic grocery store Earth Fare is closing all 50 of its locations, including one in Greenville and five others in South Carolina.
