A new OSHA rule requires certain companies with more than 100 employees to report more information about workplace injuries. Jordan Barab, a former OSHA official, notes that the rule will apply to "jobs that have been shown in the past to be more dangerous" and will require reporting of incidents that need more than first-aid treatment.

During the pandemic, 2.3 million mothers left the workforce due to an inability to obtain child care, and -- while the situation has improved -- it still is a problem today, Call Emmy CEO Arezou Zarafshan writes.
