Join speaker Marge McFarlane, principal of Superior Performance Consultants, LLC, for a discussion of the hierarchy of resources that need to be considered as infection prevention policies and procedures are reviewed and updated. Staff turnover, new leaders, and a changing environment are all challenges for effectively deciding which laws, regulations, instructions, or guidelines need to be followed. Marge will discuss respiratory etiquette requirements as we move into the fall respiratory illness season as part of basic standard precautions.
