[New post] Go on Pilgrimage to the Holy Land – at lovely Shepherd’s Dene

Planning is now well under way for the retreat that Jean and I are leading at lovely Shepherd’s Dene up in Hadrian’s Wall country from Mon 23rd – Thurs 26th October.

We’ll be following in the footsteps of Jesus, going on a “virtual pilgrimage” with Shepherd’s Dene becoming our Jerusalem hotel and imaginary excursions to Nazareth and Galilee (a real trip in fact to a local lakeside if weather permits).

And there will be pictures from our own visits, quaint old slides, old master artwork, and four Godly Play stories told by Jean, all to bring our trip alive.
