Those training to lead worship obviously need the support of their church and to be taking their own discipleship seriously. So before you join the course, you will need to have the support of your Incumbent and, if you intend to train as an ALM, your PCC too. All potential ALMs must also provide references prior to training and will need to attend a Discipleship training group, ideally before taking the Worship4Today course.
