Look forward to... ☀️ Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday – a new 30-minute, all-level, morning yoga class, integrating mindfulness and yoga wisdom. 🌷 A combination of dynamic Vinyasa and gentle slow flows for flexibility, strength, energy and focus. 🦋 A bonus breathwork and meditation class to practice in the evenings!
